And today she got into ant poison and ate some. Damn dog has never eaten poison or chemicals in her whole life and today she does.
Poison control and the vet said they think she'll be okay because she didn't eat very much, but to keep an eye on her and to call back if she starts trembling or shaking uncontrollably. How fun for me.

and because ruby is not eerwin, you are a better person! this is when i would begin hoping and praying eerwin had eaten enough to kill himself, and then i'd be feeling guilty for being so serious about those other thoughts. it's a vicious cycle, these thoughts of mine! :)
Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. The first thing I thought? Man, how much money is this gonna cost? Oh well. I'm a bad dog mommy. But it's Ruby's fault. She's stupid. :)~
